Bootham is a traditional English private school situated right in York city centre.
There are four residential houses with twin, triple and multi-bedded rooms and
shared shower and toilet facilities. Each house has its own common room with TV and pay phone.
There is a laundry situated in the main body of the school and tokens for
the machines can be bought from reception.
All meals are taken in the school's self-service dining room.
On-site facilities
15 light, spacious classrooms; large assembly hall for evening activities; MJA office
and staff room; Group Leader common room.
On-site sports facilities
One modern sports-hall; four tennis courts; an indoor heated swimming pool and a large sports field.
